Vontade de Vencer is an awareness walk on visual disability. Throughout the route, participants wear glasses that simulate various conditions: total blindness, tunnel vision, macular degeneration, glaucoma…

How it works

  1. At the start, you receive a pair of glasses simulating a visual condition and, for some, a white cane.

  2. You walk in a small group, accompanied by a trained volunteer.

  3. Along the way, more glasses simulating different visual disorders are handed out.

  4. At the finish, we share what we felt. That’s where everything shifts.

Where the money goes

The donations raised at each event help support the various awareness-raising days organized by our association and provide assistance to visually impaired or blind individuals.
